About me
I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, University of Cyprus (UCY), and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Department of Medical Physics & Biomedical Engineering, University College London (UCL).
Before, I have worked as a Senior Research Associate and a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at UCL's Centre for Medical Image Computing, a Visiting Lecturer and Research Associate at UCY's Polytechnic School, and as a post-doctoral fellow at the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH).
I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Aeronautics, awarded by the University of Patras.
I am a member of the International Association of Computational Mechanics (IACM), the UK Association for Computational Mechanics (UKACM), the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB), the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE-TCG), and the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA).
