Meeting at Lakatamia's City Hall
On Friday, October 26, members of the Step2Smart Act Team visited the Lakatamia City Hall in Nicosia and among other things informed about our Act. The meeting was attended by Dr. Simeon Christodoulou and Eleni Toxqui and on behalf of the City Hall Mr. Polis Polydoridis (Municipal Engineer), Stelios Vassilokostas (Officer), Marios Prodromos and Mrs. Athena Kyriakou (BSG of European / Secretary).
The traffic problem in Cyprus
On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, Loukas Dimitriou spoke in the first program of RIK in the "First Update" show with Stavros Kyprianou and Stavriani Konstantinou regarding the traffic in Cyprus and referred to the Step2Smart Act
Data Collection
Data collection for the purposes of the Step2Smart Act has begun in order to capture the current situation.
5th European Conference on Sustainable Urban Mobility
During the "5th European Conference on Sustainable Urban Mobility" which is organized in Nicosia on 14-15 May, a Step2Smart leaflet was distributed.
Step2Smart 1st Partners Meeting
On Dec. 6, 2017, the first meeting of the partners was successfully held under the Greece-Cyprus Cross-Border Cooperation Program "Step2Smart". The issues discussed were the Publicity Strategy, Project's Planning per Partner and the Project's Architecture & Deliverables.
Step2Smart Started Its Engines
On Oct. 20, 2017, the Step2Smart project was set in motion. The project duration was set at 32 months and the budget at about 2 million euro.Congrats to all research partners!
